My mom who is 80 years old, had a special occasion coming up and we really wanted to get the house super clean for all of her guest. My mom, of course, said she could clean it just fine, but me, her son and my sister insisted that we get a house cleaner to help. HQ cleaning services had great reviews so I contacted them. I forget the owners name, but she came over quickly. Did an amazing job. She cleaned the wood floors made them look brand new. Dusted everything underneath furniture on top of furniture dusted all the cobwebs that were in the entryway that were 20 feet up she dusted the ceiling she dusted the furniture, the bookcases. She cleaned the glass the view out the windows has never been that clear before. She did amazing job cleaning the sliding glass door looked perfect. She cleaned both bathrooms. They both looked great after she was done. I couldn't believe how well the bathrooms turned out. She also cleaned the kitchen and the kitchen floors. She was very nice very helpful. Good communication. We had a lot of furniture to move around and she was able to go from room to room after we move the furniture from each room. She did an amazing job really truly worked her butt off. I will be hiring her again very soon. My mom said all of her guest were shocked at how clean the house and especially the bathroom was.

I chose not to do a run through/estimate before our deep clean but it was totally fine. I just told Cecelia what we needed and they got to everything. I was moving out and the cleaner I originally booked weeks ago failed to show. After 4 hours of waiting, I became frantic as I needed someone that day since I didn’t have time to clean myself. I called 5 other companies and got no response or they were booked. Losing hope, I called HQ Cleaning Services and Cecilia answered. She literally saved my life. She was already on-site at a job in Bainbridge Island but said she would be available and back in Burien around 2pm the same day! I immediately booked her.
Cecilia was punctual, professional and did an amazing job. I apologized that I left her such a big task to complete(2 story house with 4 bedrooms), she said she could do it and be done around 9pm. I left her to work her magic and had all the confidence in her. She texted me when she left and asked if she could come back the next day to double check everything. Of course I was ok with that.

I called HQ for a move out clean at the last minute due to a no show from a previously scheduled cleaner. Cecilia was responsive and able to accommodate my next day request. By the time everything was moved, the place was pretty filthy. Cecilia and her helper showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. I was really impressed at how thorough she was with everything.. I know it was a lot of hard work and her price was more than reasonable. I would recommend HQ Cleaning to literally anyone. If I wasn't moving away, I'd have her come bi-weekly just to do the stuff I hate doing. Definitely happy the other cleaner no showed. THANK YOU CECILIA you did a fantastic job!
